 Nothing like stealing a little time for oneself!

I was able to get in the studio...and created some lovelies!

This is the reverse of the above charm...

I'm sooo into turquoise right now..silver and turquoise is such a 'hot' combination for Summer..don't you think? What do you dream about? I dream about NOT having to work for someone else and that BellaColle' will be a brick and mortar store...

This fun charm is one I created for a very special wedding taking place this month... I think I'll add some Swarovski crystals to it! Ahh..a wedding..love.. commitment.. being able to dress up like a princess for a day..

This is the reverse of the above charm... the bride didn't want them..but I think a custom designed necklace would make awesome bride's maids gifts! The bride is having green hydrangeas as the flowers..

  Both of these flowers are from my garden... oh yeah..that's what I dream of too.. one day being able to call a Cannon Rebel mine... hehehe...

See the jump ring on the bottom..this too shall be adorned with beautiful Swarovski crystals....

sisters..

 well now..where were we?..oh yeah..some new creations.. and my 'Sister' collage..it's not literally my sister's collage, but a collage for everyone entitled "Sisters"

This is a fun collage with a picture of two ladies arm in arm.. I  imagined they were sisters..That have been best of friends since before they could remember.. the caption says "They played together nearly all the while"... The original collage is an 8" inch x 10" on water color paper.. I was able to shrink it down to 1"inch by 1 1/2" inch..a tiny sentiment for a 'best friend'..

there are some of us that don't have a sister per say..but have a bestest freind that has stuck just as close. Ahhh? Got one of those? This is for you too! I'd love to hear about your sis!

Hang on.. Only one more day! And it's the Weekend! yayayh!

rainy day reprieve...

  It's raining outside.. but that's okay..I got a call from work that I didn't have to come in till later..computer problems..A wonderful morning reprieve..I can actually get some things done around home...

  I was able to make some new charms! The collage in the middle is my "Sisters" collage..but more about that one later.

 And this one! Just in time for Mother's day...

On the back..

  A real departure for me.. a more modern flower.. { all will eventually  get in the shoppe!}..I have more pics to share, but alas..I have to get ready for work..I will try and visit everyone too!

  Never done one of these before..

  This is a book cover... wonderful blank canvas as far as I'm concerned...

   I love to play...adding snippets..paint.. and one thing leads to another..

It's now hanging on the ledge in the kitchen...

 

  The snow is almost gone... the yard looks like a war zone..but it's here and there's no going back!! yay! Springs here.. Hope you are enjoying it in all it's glory this weekend!
